Ryton Rugby Football Club established around 1880 in Tyne and Wear, is a community-focused, not-for-profit club based at Barmoor, Main Road, Ryton. Historically, the club utilized World War II huts on Fern Dene Road for changing rooms. It has since grown into a comprehensive club with multiple senior teams and a strong youth section, focusing heavily on expanding female participation.
