Tynedale Harriers is an inclusive club. We help newer athletes learn the ropes of athletics but also involve more experienced helping any new member join in the sport. Our club is about a healthy competitive drive, motivating and helping people push past any mental barriers, developing fitness and resilience to keep going even when faced with a challenge.
